How to exchange for the wrong size?

As we are sure you will be, and we want you to be, delighted with your purchase of any Dog Days jackets and you are welcome to exchange any item no matter that the reason. In order to exchange goods, please bring it back to the store where you bought it from. Remember to bring your
proof of purchase and make sure that the item you bring back is in its original packaging and condition. We cannot for hygiene reason, accept garments that has other dog's hair on it for exchange.

If for some reason you cannot bring it back to the store you bought it from, we could also assist you from our Head Office. Please do remember there might be price differences and we do not offer refund for something you purchased at a 3rd party re-seller. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchange or returning an item, so it might be more expensive for you to do the exchanges with us. We are not responsible for misdirected turns. We cannot accept returns COD. We also cannot honour exchanges or returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All discounted sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any of our products fail to meet your expectation,
you wish to return them, and if you bought the product from a third-party seller, you will need to contact the retailer or distributor that sold the product for additional information. We cannot speak for the seller's policy when it comest to return of a good purchased.

We agree to replace this toy if we find the product to be defective in workmanship or materials at the time of manufacture. Our warranty excludes any damage caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, or failure to follow our directions for use. Our agreement to replace a defective toy is in lieu of any other remedies. This warranty expressly disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from, or relating to, use of this toy.

If a squeaker has been bitten or punctured sound can change or be non functional. We DO NOT WARRANTY or GUARANTEE a toys SQUEAKER(s) or its ability to continue squeaking.
